Whether it be one on one, or, larger groups, we are able to meet your needs. Please review the following guidelines for reservation and deposits and know that flexibility exists to meet your needs.

While classes are regularly held on-site, every Sunday - Wednesday, with both AM and PM sessions, we frequently serve much larger groups off site Thursdays-Saturday. 

As a general rule, we will offer at least 1 ACLS and 1 PALS session per month and at least 2 Heart Saver First Total Aid, AED, CPR session per month with multiple BLS provider and recertification options.    

In the instance of groups larger than 12, scheduling should occur at least 15 days prior to your event to allow us to schedule additional instructors and obtain equipment and supplies as needed. 

Groups larger than 20 should be scheduled at least 30 days prior to your needs. 

Groups larger than 10 will require a contract/invoice and 25% deposit, or other agreed upon arrangement, this ensures the highest degree of professionalism from both parties. You will be held accountable for the number of students quoted during negotiations as we will still need to compensate the additional instructors we may have scheduled, adjust for lost opportunities, as well as obtain supplies and equipment; regardless of circumstances that may arise. 

That being said, we know that emergencies arise, and we are happy to work with you to resolve them or reschedule for a later date. 

Currently we accept Cash, Checks, and Charge and offer various pre-payment option via payment links. We may even add ApplePay and Cashap/Venmo if enough clients desire the option.
